Communications Coordinator - To $55,000. Reference 14210
Our client, a fast expanding niche restaurant group whose corporate headquarters is located in the greater Washington, DC area has an immediate opening for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who will focus on internal communications and branding of the company to franchisees as well as assist the Communications and Marketing department with branding and/or public relations initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Administering the Company's store quality assurance program from the customer's perspective
Maintaining and constantly improving upon the Company's customer quality evaluation survey
Maintaining relationships with Director of Operations, Director of Training and Director of QA to ensure that the program is accurately reflecting the operational, training and Steritech requirements in stores
Participating in department wide initiatives including maintenance of the the Company's Marketing Manual and promotion of the Company's brand through education of their marketing philosophy to franchisees
Participating and managing any new initiatives related to marketing, communication or public relations
Requirements include:
A 4 year college degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business
A Minimum of 4 years of food industry experience in a professional environment in training or promotions
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
